Lastest New Zealand Quilter out now!!!

Issue 72 of the New Zealand Quilter has just come out. They are having a special section on block of the months this issue. So there are lots of different block of the months including OURS! It is our Pacific Garden Pattern that is designed but Donna. See Picture below. This Quilt has always been just a pattern but Donna has now made it into a block of the month but in this case it is more of a round of the month. new cuddle quilts

We have been going like a rocket with our new cuddle fabric. So to keep up with everyone’s demand we have been making new quilts up and kiting them also. See the photos below for all our new quilts we have made.

Easy Peasy Panels

These new panels are such a good quick idea. They are a pre printed bag and apron. They are a heavier weave fabric so more durable aswell. All the instructions come on the panels and basically all you do for the apron is sew the pocket on and hem the edges. Wil the bag it is basically the same just cutting it out and following the simple instructions.

Midnight sewing!!

We had a very successful night last Friday, we had our Midnight Madness sewing class. We had about 22 lady’s come in to sew on their projects until MIDNIGHT!!! Everyone achieved a lot and all got along really well, it also was very social with the only quite time being diner time when our mouths were full of the yummy food everyone provided.

We will definitely be doing another one, but it will be in the next school holidays. Dates are yet to be made, so keep your eyes peeled as this class fulled extremely quick!
